Drive Growth in Amazon's Consumables Category
Amazon is seeking a Senior Category Merchant Manager to drive growth of our Consumables category within the Brazilian marketplace. This role will focus on developing strategies for Beauty, Health and Personal Care, Pets, Groceries, Wine and Spirits, and Personal Care Appliances.
About the Role:
As Senior Category Merchant Manager, you will be crucial in expanding the Consumables category in Amazon's Brazilian marketplace. Your analytical skills and project management experience will be essential in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing seller performance within this diverse category.
Key job responsibilities
Your challenge:
1. Develop and implement strategies to grow the Consumables category
2. Analyze category performance within the marketplace and identify areas for improvement
3. Manage projects to enhance seller operations and Consumables category efficiency
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions for the category
5. Prepare and present Consumables category business reviews to leadership
6. Monitor, analyze, and improve seller performance metrics within the category
7. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making for the Consumables category
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
2. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
3. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
2. Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
3. Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
