Your team is/was one of the top performing teams in the company.Essentials - skillsYou regularly join sales calls with your team, co-sell with them, and do whatever it takes to help get deals closed.
You lead from the front.You can develop a well-honed sales process and sales playbook.Your deal reviews are rigorous.
You ask probing question of your team to ensure that deals are properly qualified and pipeline value is real.You run weekly 1-on-1s with all your direct reports.
You know when and how to intervene when things are not on track.You genuinely love coaching and developing your team.
You are fully invested in the career development of your team.You can think strategically about product, market positioning, pricing and packaging.You are opinionated on the CRM, tools and tech stack that a modern B2B SaaS sales team needs in order to succeed.
You have a clear wishlist in mindYou are active on Linkedin and you engage in social selling.You thrive at hosting webinars and speaking at conferences / large events as part of your role to spread the word about the product your are selling.Essentials - personality traitsYou are excited and motivated to own the revenue target for LATAM.You are obsessed about reaching your full potential.
You are aiming for a VP of Sales or CRO role in the next 3-5 years.You want to make a lot of money.You believe in hitting the ground running.

You are a hustler by default.You think from first principles and you have excellent judgement.Essentials - otherYou are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.You are based in or near São Paulo.Core responsibilitiesFully own the LATAM Revenue target.Fully own Pipeline creation in Year 1, via sales team outbound.
For Year 2 onwards, you will jointly own Pipeline creation with marketing.Regularly join calls with the sales team and co-sell with them.Fully own the sales process and sales playbook.
