Job Description - Senior Project Planner - Project Management (Fixed Term - 12 months)
This position reports to a Project Coordinator and it is a hybrid position based at Sao Jose dos Campos/SP.

What You Will Do
The Sr Project Planner must guarantee flawless execution of new product development and introduction balancing speed to market, at the right cost, delivering consumer & customer requirements while in full compliance supporting business profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage cross-functional teams responsible for the successful completion of multiple product development projects.
2. Track and conduct performance reviews of the multiple projects under his/her responsibilities.
3. Keep management updated on project progress (schedule, cost and compliance), barriers to implementation and risks, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan.
4. Work closely and collaboratively with area personnel in accomplishing project objectives.
5. Ensure that projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed according to project management methodology.
6. Develop lessons learned for continuous improvement of new product launch process, launch cycle.

Required Qualifications
1. Leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills.
2. Thorough knowledge of New Product Introduction Process.
3. Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and change management.
4. Strong communication & alignment skills and ability to coordinate and create commitment at all levels.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
6. Be extremely organized.
7. Analytical financial skills.
8. Knowledge of overall supply chain process experience in one or more of the following: Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sourcing, PMO.
9. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
10. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects.
11. Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish (Desirable).
