About the Role
As our new Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Providing effective support to our clients;
* Scheduling services and ensuring client needs are met;
* Monitoring hardware functionality and making adjustments when necessary;
* and other tasks related to the department.
Requirements and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
* High school diploma;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Creative problem-solving abilities;
* Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Differential
Experience in Vehicle Tracking or Monitoring would be a great additional qualification.
