About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. They will have experience in marketing strategies, communications, and market analysis with strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
* Develop communication and marketing strategies to promote events, maximizing reach and engagement.
* Create and manage content for event promotion across multiple channels, including social media, emails, newsletters, blogs, and websites.
* Work collaboratively with sales and product teams to align event campaigns with business goals.
* Manage vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of events, from venue selection to contracting services.
* Organize all logistical aspects of events, including registration, promotional materials, schedules, and execution checklists.
* Analyze event and campaign performance, measuring ROI and providing detailed reports on attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.
* Monitor event budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Coordinate the development of marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, videos, etc.).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.
* Availability to travel: 30-40%.
* Hybrid work model.
This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule that includes the option to work remotely. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
