About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate WAN and wireless support, with a strong focus on network operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Network Operations Experience: 2-4 years of experience in network operations support, with expertise in managing corporate WAN and wireless support.
2. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of network environments, including routing & switching, and providers and services.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Diagnostic Tools: Experience with advanced network diagnostic tools, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
5. Major Incident Support: Proficient with major incident support and escalation procedures, with the ability to provide timely and effective resolution.
