We are currently seeking top-tier professionals for Executive Assistant and Administrative Support roles. These positions will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-level initiatives, supporting senior executives, and contributing to impactful global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
* Assist in administrative and operational tasks to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Support communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners.
* Manage document organization, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Facilitate event planning and logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences.

To be eligible for these opportunities, you:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus!
* If you’re based in the US: You hold Citizenship and can obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
* Ability to work in-person in Washington D.C. is preferred, with possibilities for fully remote work.
* If you’re based in the LATAM region: Have proficiency in English and relevant professional experience.
* Have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with experience supporting senior executives or managing administrative functions.
* Plus: Experience working with International Finance Institutions or government agencies is strongly preferred.
* Have a background in emerging economies, government, finance institutions, or social development organizations.
* Experience with NGOs, social impact initiatives, or supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs is a plus.
