1. Establish, maintain, and build healthy relationships and resolve project issues as required.
2. Proactively resolve performance scope and schedule issues as they arise.
3. Effectively manage assigned budgets within total scope.
4. Monitor cost aspects within direct control and forecast final costs, identify trends, and take actions to avoid cost overruns.
5. Contribute to supporting, complying, and monitoring established policies, procedures, and guidelines (QA / QC / HSE).
6. Focus on the relevant team members on achievement of milestones and other key project aspects.
7. Effective communications with the design team and third parties.
8. Accurate, timely, and effective reporting.
9. Monitor the closure of all identified risks in the risk register and proactively search for other project areas which may pose a risk in the future.
10. Assist as required in the procurement process to ensure project goals meet specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
