The selected candidate will evaluate results and investigations, focusing on physical and/or chemical analyses and process non-conformities, as defined in the individual training curricula managed through our Learning Management System (LMS).Responsibilities:Conduct technical quality assurance inspections and use the results to improve processes and production standards.Perform routine tests and analyses to ensure that products meet established specifications.Execute simple calculations and prepare documentation that displays the results of analyses.Record inspection results, including acceptance, rejection, and disposition, in record books or computer databases.Schedule and manage the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.Assist in specialized quality product/customer testing.Collaborate on the implementation of revisions, corrections, and changes to equipment, procedures, and testing methods.Document defective products returned by customers to identify root causes of failure.Interact with quality, engineering, and other relevant teams to learn and discuss corrective actions for recurring issues.Qualifications:High School Diploma.Technical Education Degree.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.Preferred: Basic English proficiency.Preferred: Knowledge of Basic Quality Tools.Skills in prioritization, follow-up, and control.Proficient in computer skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively track results and metrics.Teamwork and collaboration skills.
