The Program Manager Resource Management has a crucial role in driving the complex resource allocation process within Connected Care Informatics and ensuring that R&D resources with the right skills and experience are allocated to make our projects even more successful.
With the shift from best of breed to best of suite and from volume to value-based care, the Connected Care Informatics Business provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems.
Enterprise Care Management (ECM) is one of the CCI business categories created to provide our global customers with integrated innovative solutions to manage data across the hospital/clinic networks, by digitalizing clinical pathways and, thus, enabling seamless communication of relevant data across the health continuum.
In the past years, we have collectively developed and delivered a winning Electronic Medical Records (EMR)/Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution, commercially known as TASY, serving as our springboards for the future.
TASY is a complete, integrated EMR solution for the management of private and public healthcare organizations with about 1000 installations.
**You are responsible for**
- Manage resource allocations for R&D projects
- Publish resource management KPIs and Dashboard to enable right decisions
- Manage resourcing demand requests and project future demand projections
- Create, maintain and execute a capability (building) plan
- Identify a portfolio component manager and request to initiate the portfolio component (e.g.
a Project)
- Reserve budget for the portfolio component if applicable
- Define how to track time and spend for the portfolio component
- Approve time writing and spend for the portfolio component
- Report on total budget and budget needs
- Analyze the demand and resourcing data, provide best solutions and do problem solving as needed
**You are a part of**
CCI consists of over 1000 employees dispersed in two main locations i.e Blumenau (Brazil), and Bangalore (India).
Being a global business, almost all EMR activities take place in more than these two sites, as we have strong footprint in the targeted markets where the solutions are co-designed and implemented at the customer sites in LATAM, DACH and ANZ.
The EMR Bangalore team at PIC, works closely with the Blumenau, Brazil team in developing the next generation TASY version for the global markets.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Project Management Experience is a must
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent in change management, drive consensus, rally team together towards achieving targets
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Understands HR policies
- Understands project management and financial practices
- Good people management skills
- PMP certification is desired
