Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery service, responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet.
AMZL Brazil is at the exciting phase of building logistics network at rapid scale since 2021.

Currently, we are looking for a Business Coach Manager to manage the relationship with the Last Mile Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), providing coaching regards to key metrics for improvement, roll-outs of program initiatives or new adjustments to the program, field complaints, discuss profitability, and drive business reviews to improve each individual DSP's business.
The Business Coach is responsible for providing direct training to DSPs.
Following the launch of each DSP, this team guides DSPs through their partnership with Amazon.
At the same time is responsible to support local and central teams to complete action items related to tech projects and/or corrective actions related to their assigned DSPs, including issues related to program's requirements, safety and metrics improvement.
The Business Coach is also responsible for ensuring mid long-term fleet capacity (with high effort during peaks) and weekly updates, also working with all internal stakeholders and with constant follow-ups with DSPs.
Key job responsibilities
- Will manage the last mile DSPs, being the DSP program gate keeper who will own and drive standardization across the sites.
- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable the DSPs to meet and exceed business plan.
- Responsible for the overall quality, performance and customer experience provided by the DSPs
- Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds DSPs accountable for their performance.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience in last mile delivery operations or e-commerce logistics;
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certification (Green Belt or higher);
- Demonstrated success in implementing quality initiatives and process improvements in a logistics environment;
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams;
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in logistics and supply chain;
