We are looking for a Senior Art Director who is passionate about social first ideas, has a good eye for detail, is up on the latest trends, and can help us make those ideas come to life working for the US market.
This role involves working collaboratively with the performance team to deliver great creative content for social and digital channels, while also leading the overall creative vision and direction of key projects.
What you will do:
* Create leading concepts and design work, with a core focus on social-first, including the development of Key Visuals, banner campaigns, and photo/video productions.
* Develop and direct the overall creative vision and direction of projects, leading visual creative efforts during the Concepting & Ideation stages.
* Develop master assets that establish the framework for the rest of the project.
* Maintain creative oversight throughout the project, even after the design is handed off to the tactical design team, until final delivery.
* Ensure that the creative team, traffic manager, and production manager are aligned throughout projects to meet deadlines.
* Overcome any difficulties and find solutions during the project.
* Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with clients and agency members to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
* Ability to present, pitch, and create concepts in English.
We expect you to have the following skills:
* +2 years experience working as an art director.
* +1 year working for international brands preferred.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
* Strong art direction for innovative formats and layouts.
* Enthusiastic team player, curious, and eager to grow and learn. Flexible and open to working in an agile environment.
* Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
* An innovative approach to the execution of advertising.
* A thorough understanding of social media, including the main features, benefits, and limitations of all major social platforms.
