Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic LATAM team.
In this role, you will support the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the PMs, the Campaign Managers Team, and internal teams to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities Project Orchestration: Collaborate with account PMs, Campaign Managers Team, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Project Planning & Execution: Assist in project planning, task distribution, timelines, communication, and briefings.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables within budget and quality standards.
Risk Management: Support the identification and reporting of potential risks or issues impacting project timelines or budget.
Communication & Collaboration: Participate in regular meetings with accounts and internal teams to streamline workflow and ensure clear communication.
Project Visibility: Maintain project visibility using the internal project management tool to generate and track reports on project status, deliverables, and budget.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with previous experience in tech companies, marketing agencies and event production.
Experience assisting with program management tasks, including supporting stakeholder communication and contributing to cross-functional team efforts.
Problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics, and optimize performance.
Managing intake and backlog, identification of project requirements and gaps, scheduling and facilitating project kickoffs and meetings, clear communication of project status, ensuring on-time execution and accuracy.
Operational support for campaign creation and execution Refines intake processes to ensure clear and efficient paths to a solution.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills.
Experience with Google Workspace and Project Management tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
