Project Manager, Ecommerce & Shopify Fulfillment
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of Shopify build, optimization and support projects—coordinating clients, media buyers, designers and developers to hit milestones on time, on budget, and to Kobrina’s premium standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline and resource plan
* Serve as primary liaison between U.S. clients and Brazil‑based fulfillment team
* Track progress in Asana (or equivalent PM tool), flag risks, and drive issue resolution
* Facilitate daily/weekly stand‑ups, status reports, and client check‑ins
* Ensure quality control over storefront builds, A/B tests, integrations and performance audits
* Manage change requests, budget adjustments and post‑launch optimizations
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
* 3+ years as a PM in an ecommerce or digital agency environment (Shopify preferred)
* Hands‑on with Shopify admin and theme apps
* Expert in Asana (or Monday/Trello), Google Workspace, Slack
* Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
Desired Requirements:
* Prior experience with subscription‑based or retainer‑driven service models
Certifications:
– PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent
Soft Skills:
– Excellent communicator (written + verbal)
– Strong organization, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
– Client‑centric attitude and ability to manage up/down
English Level:
Fluent (both written and spoken) to support daily calls and documentation with U.S. clients
Salary Range:
R$ 10 000 – 18 000 per month (depending on experience and certifications)
