Islands is a fast-growing Product and Venture Studio, pushing the boundaries of innovation across multiple industries. With a team spread across Canada and Brazil, we’re building transformative tech solutions while scaling internal ventures like Frameflow, Ingage, and Timecapsule. The Role
As the Head of Growth, you will own and execute growth strategies across our ventures and services. Your mission is to scale Islands from its current trajectory to $10M+ ARR while launching new verticals, driving cross-selling opportunities, and optimizing existing revenue streams.You'll work directly alongside the founder and leadership team to lead our growth initiatives, owning the top line and eventually building out a team. From launching DevOps as a Service and EOR solutions to overseeing grant-migration projects and spinning up new business models, you'll have the autonomy to innovate and drive success.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth : Own the strategy and execution for driving growth from $5M ARR to $10M+ over the next two years. You’ll work across Islands’ ventures like Frameflow, Ingage, and Timecapsule (70%), and also manage new service verticals like DevOps as a Service and EOR (30%).
Sales Strategy : Build and execute a robust sales plan to scale from 0-10K MRR to 500K MRR and beyond. You’ll take ownership of core revenue-driving functions, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
New Business Models : Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and launch new revenue streams, cross-sell opportunities, and growth models.
Team Building : You’ll be responsible for growing a high-performing sales and marketing team under you, as the company scales.
Client Engagement : Own relationships with key stakeholders, ensure client success, and drive repeat business through strategic cross-selling.
Market Analysis : Stay on top of trends, monitor competitors, and continuously evolve the growth strategy to stay ahead in the market.
Startup Mindset : Work closely with the founder to think big, experiment often, and pivot quickly based on results.

Experienced : You’ve helped scale startups from $0-10K MRR to $500K+ MRR or beyond, and you have deep experience working with early-stage companies.
Data-Driven : You love using data to drive decisions and know how to balance analytics with gut instincts.
Innovative : You’re not afraid to spin up new verticals, explore new business models, and figure out how to leverage Islands' unique strengths for growth.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience in both product and service sales.
Familiarity with launching B2B SaaS products and service offerings.
Background in tech, product studios, or venture-backed startups.
Understanding of growth in DevOps, EOR, or other tech-driven services.
