**About the position**
**Main challenges**
- Triage, service support and execution of L1 support tickets;
- Life-cycle management of IT assets for end-users, including provisioning, maintenance, off-boarding and disposal;
- KPIs monitoring and follow-up, mainly for service and performance indicators;
- IT technical support for employees, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction;
- Documentation and implementation of processes and solutions;
- Collaboration with other areas for continuous improvement of support services.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in IT or related-courses, complete or still coursing;
- Experience in ticketing systems, as the ones used in Help Desks;
- Technical knowledge in macOS systems, both hardware and software;
- Knowledge of IT processes related to ticket management and assets management;
- Intermediary proficiency in English.
**Differentials**
- Technical Knowledge in Linux systems.
- ITIL Certification (any).
- Advanced English.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
