We’re looking for an SEO Manager who is a true SEO enthusiast, someone who lives for the latest in search engine trends and is eager to lead a team to success. You’ll be overseeing our SEO team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering top-tier results. More specifically, in this role, you will: Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to budgets. Oversee billing for Pay-For-Performance campaigns, maintaining revenue targets. Respond to client inquiries within 48 hours to keep communication strong. Achieve top 5 search engine rankings for 90% of target keywords. Manage and guide the team to ensure clarity of responsibilities and effective use of tools. Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, with working hours ideally from 11 AM till 7 PM or midday till 8 PM Central European time. To excel in this role, you need to have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Director or similar role with at least 2 years in SEO strategy development. Strong project management skills with a knack for prioritisation and deadline management. Excellent leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams. Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs. Advanced HTML and WordPress abilities. Brownie points for: Analytical and strategic thinking. Curiosity and a love for continuous learning. Precision in execution and attention to detail. Inclusive leadership and a collaborative mindset. Empathy and strong communication skills. Problem-solving expertise. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
