Team Overview
A função principal do nosso time de pós-vendas é desenvolver e manter nosso portfólio de postos de gasolina para obter um bom desempenho dentro da plataforma do 99Abastece. O farmer deve buscar uma colaboração ganha-ganha para todas as partes envolvidas, visando alcançar um crescimento rentável para a 99 e para os postos de gasolina associados. O Farmer deve adquirir um bom entendimento do negócio, tornando-se um consultor para os postos, contribuindo com uma visão estratégica para melhorar seu desempenho. Através de um excelente atendimento ao cliente, deve-se manter relacionamentos comerciais bem-sucedidos a longo prazo.
Role Responsibilities
* Ser o principal ponto de contato com os postos de gasolina sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo uma comunicação próxima e constante para contribuir com uma visão estratégica, responder às suas perguntas e desenvolver planos de ação sólidos para o crescimento dos postos e a melhor experiência para o usuário do aplicativo;
* Analisar dados e desenvolver uma compreensão profunda das dinâmicas e comportamentos dos postos parceiros, a fim de projetar, planejar e implementar estratégias comerciais com o objetivo de aumentar a participação e a fidelização dos postos de gasolina da carteira;
* Construir e promover um relacionamento de longo prazo baseado na confiança, com uma mentalidade ganha-ganha.
Role Qualifications
* Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Negócios Internacionais ou áreas afins.
* Experiência de 2 anos ou mais em gestão de contas e vendas consultivas.
* Capacidade e flexibilidade para se adaptar e aprender, trabalhando em um ambiente de startup acelerado, em constante mudança e com metas desafiadoras.
* Habilidades interpessoais: Comunicação oral e escrita comprovadas, com capacidade de persuadir e manter relacionamentos de trabalho construtivos, assertivos, colaborativos e cooperativos com clientes internos e externos em organizações multinacionais.
* Habilidades analíticas: Capacidade de diagnosticar, entender as tendências de mercado e implementar um plano de ação.
* Senso de urgência e motivação para alcançar objetivos, analisando os cenários possíveis.
* Experiência em atingir e superar novas metas de venda.
* Conhecimento intermediário de Excel.
