We are looking for a Material Planner to act and guarantee the availability of materials, through efficient control of consumption and planning of replacements, with the main objective of serving internal customers.
The position is based in Monte Mor, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil and reporting to the Material Planning Hub Team Leader NA.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will doAs a Material Planner, you will:
Challenge and update safety stock on a regular basisMaintain Master Data in SAP and other internal systems.Calculate material requirement, analyze stock level and communicate with production planning for supply shortage risk.Monthly rolling forecast to supplier.Cross function communication under customer special request and production changes or material status.KPI deployment and action.Keep updated on and train colleagues in production planning process and tools.Member of appropriate pillar.We believe you haveCompleted Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Good experience as a material planner or in a related role within the manufacturing industry.Knowledge of SAP is desirable.Intermediate proficiency in Excel (including functions, pivot tables, graphics, and general report creation).Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.Experience as a KAIZEN team member is a plus.Strong strategic thinking skills.Ability to drive win-win solutions.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and a responsible attitude.We Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.
