Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience working with artists/their representatives (e.g., time spent with artists, establishing relationships) with a focus on Brazilian music
- Experience working cross-functionally across a business
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following: artist management, label product management, artist relations, or artist marketing, with specific focus in the Brazilian market and all music genres available in the country
- Experience managing stressful situations with creatives, while accomplishing tasks
- Ability to be detail-oriented and coordinate multiple simultaneous artist activities
- Ability to have a service mindset and act quickly/effectively to cultivate artist satisfaction with engagements, while creating meaningful relationship for artists and an organization
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build excellent/productive relationships externally and internally
**About the job**:
As an Artist Relations Manager, you will be responsible for courting, building, and maintaining YouTube’s relationships with artists in the Latin music space. This includes fostering their engagement on the platform and use of our tools and resources as well as guidance on growing their audience, and partnering with YouTube/Google.
In this role, you will interact regularly with managers, agents, and labels within the industry that represent artists, facilitating ongoing platform engagement, imparting knowledge of how best to use YouTube to grow an audience, advising on operational processes, resolving inquiries, and identifying and driving mutual business growth opportunities. You will have exceptional relationships in the Latin music industry as well as skills that enable you to excel in cross-functional work flows.

**Responsibilities**:
- Own day-to-day artist relationships and program management, working with a set of artists and their representatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to select artists we work with, prioritizing and setting expectations both internally and externally related to how we can develop beneficial partnerships for everyone involved.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to establish programs for artists, including performances and content productions.
