*This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. As Talent Specialist - Screener, you are responsible for proactively reviewing candidates to determine if they meet the requirements and job experience. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail. In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
