The Red Hat Tech Sales team is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to develop our relationship with finance accounts in Brasilia, Brazil.
In this role, you will focus on positioning and cross-selling Red Hat's Technologies and Services as you expand our accounts with key customers.
You'll need an excellent combination of customer-facing sales skills and in-depth technical knowledge of enterprise software, mainly OpenShift or others Kubernetes distributions, middleware, automation and cloud (public, private, hybrid) solutions.
It's expected from you to feel comfortable engaging with customers from different positions, roles, and levels showcasing your Senior Pre Sales skills along with a strong business acumen through presentations, meetings, product demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions or additional customer oriented activities that you'll drive.
What you will do:
- Work closely with sales account managers to identify key projects to sell Red Hat Technologies solutions
- Continuously grow and expand knowledge of Red Hat's offerings and solutions across the entire portfolio
- Support the account planning process and carry out strategic plans
- Earn the trust of senior IT and business executives of enterprise accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers
- Work closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure a world-class customer experience
- Support customer meetings through presentations like whiteboarding or formal presentations, demonstrations and conversations around Red Hat's technologies and offerings.
What you will bring:
- Great experience with cloud, middleware, and OpenShift/Kubernetes software solutions
- 7+ years of technical sales experience, focused on enterprise top accounts
- Proven track record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations
- Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills; fluent English
- Effective persuasive and negotiation skills; ability to gain agreement among our stakeholders
- Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
- Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills
The following is considered a plus:
- Experience with Application Services offerings thru Cloud Providers such as and not only: AWS SQS, AWS MSK, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub
- Previous experience with Red Hat offerings and technologies
