* Strong knowledge of end to end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes
* Being hands on and a good Team player
* Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in his/her own abilities, adapt well and work in a structured way
* Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary.
* Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
