About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in North America or South America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Responsibilities
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territories.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
Requirements
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to create and maintain successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Good commercial knowledge of business for B2B and new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Advanced Spanish is a must.
What We Offer
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
