Direct message the job poster from Ad Astra ConsultantsPrincipal Consultant | Executive Search, Human Resources, Talent AcquisitionWe are hiring for one of our clients, who is one of the leading tire manufacturers.Reports To: The Sales Head will report to the Executive Director and dotted line to VP International Sales.Responsibilities and Duties:Provide Sales and Post-Sales services to clients using the tire brands and trademarks owned by Compañia Hulera Tornel SA de CV and JK Tyre & Industries, Ltd.Perform administrative functions such as visiting and providing sales action plans for the assigned territory.Should be able to engage in technical discussions if required by the client and work with technical centers in India & Mexico for customer requirements.The Sales Head will be in constant communication and will hold meetings with the Executive Director for the establishment of work plans and evolution of results.Must comply monthly with a number of sales, portfolio collection, BBND, new business, and profitability that will be set in the budget.Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth.Build, manage, and mentor a growing sales team, establish performance metrics, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure alignment with company goals.Own the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring an optimized and efficient sales process.Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to the executive team on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback.Seek out major clients and form working relationships with premier owners in our industry.Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.Formulate sales strategies and bring new ideas forward to keep the company competitive and innovative.Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve satisfaction through customer relationship management.Identify marketing and promotional activities along with the Marketing Head to improve branding.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a field directly related to the position.Over 15-20 years of experience in tire sales.Familiarity with the tire sales in the Brazil market, especially PCR, TBR farm, and industrial.Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of tire sales, account management, and channel distribution.Ability and willingness to work with cross-functional and international teams.Seniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionTruck Transportation and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
