Department Overview Delivery Engineering
**Job Description**:
Postsale installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems.
Manages maintenance customer service needs spanning multiple products integrated into a single system configuration.
Performs system hardware and software installations on a project basis, plus manages customer service needs through routine system maintenance.
Primarily focused on Astro, Digital, and Simulcast Trunking concepts.
Basic networking familiarity for the support of Centracom consoles, Data, and E911 products.
Multisite trunked and voting conventional systems, data networks, and dispatch centers.
Provides primary point of contact for 210 customer sites as well as infrastructure backup for other technologists.

Basic Requirements
Technical Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications completed or related areas CREA
required;
5 years experience in technical support and implementation of systems in the RF area mandatory;
5 years experience in APCO25, DMR and DIMETRA Technologies mandatory;
Knowledge in Telecom Infrastructure, Electrical, RF, tower and structured cabling;
Knowledge in Telecom networks desirable CCNA or equivalent knowledge; Configuration of operating systems
Unix, Linux and Windows Server and Installation and Maintenance of Servers;
Experience working on towers NR35;
ITIL certification;
Intermediate English Conversation and Writing;
Behavioral skills excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of
urgency, dynamism, planning and organization;
Valid driver39;1s license Category B;
Availability for travel 70
