The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute channel sales strategies for the Brazilian mobile phone market to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
* Identify, expand, and manage key channel partners, including distributors, retailers, and telecom operators, to strengthen market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (KA) to ensure sustainable business development.
* Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to formulate data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
* Lead and develop the sales team, optimizing performance and operational efficiency.
* Oversee sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with at least 3-5 years of channel sales experience in the Brazilian market preferred.
* Prior experience in leading sales operations for Samsung, Motorola, or other major mobile brands in Brazil is highly preferred, with a strong network of channel partners.
* In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian mobile phone market, including channel structures, distribution networks, and consumer behavior.
* Strong business negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
* Excellent market analysis capabilities and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to fast-paced working environments.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
