What You'll Do Description:Identify and maintain technical and commercial relationships with the technology partners responsible for developing connectors for Avalara solutions.Manage the product life cycle of the connectors both internally and with the technology partner to guarantee the full functionality and feasibility of those projects.Deal with multiple platforms, both global and niche digital publishers, to guarantee the success of the partnership acquisition process for new connectors' development.Work as project manager with technology partners and publishers to keep all parties informed about product gaps, tax requirements, and legal changes.Sign up new partners, track the connector development process, and guarantee the success of the product lifecycle.Report to the Corporate Development Manager.100% remote - "#LI-Remote"What Your Responsibilities Will Be Work with newly signed technology partners as they build integrations to a variety of Avalara products.Assist sales teams as they work with early adopter customers and encourage the partner to refer additional clients to Avalara.Support newly signed technology partners as they work towards achieving a certified integration.Support existing technology partners as they add new certifications to existing certified integrations.Engage with technology partners daily in the development and maintenance of Avalara connectors for multiple platforms.What You'll Need To Be Successful What is Needed:Be a functional tax expert with deep knowledge of our APIs to discuss technically the progress of the projects and negotiate delivery dates.Have expertise in leading digital platforms' implementation, such as Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite SuiteSuccess, SAP S/4HANA Cloud edition, among others.Familiarity with accounting processes and transactional tax.Ability to work independently with the support of the supervisor and related teams.5+ years of experience in managing technology partners of digital platforms' ecosystems, such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, TOTVS, Linx, VTEX, as well as in business development, partner management, and project management.Bachelor's degree (B.S.
or B.A.)
