We are looking for an Business Development and Account Manager (Brazil) Description of work: We are looking for a Sales and Account Manager, responsible for Brazil, to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
This position may require travel up to 30%.
Position Responsibilities · Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, · Develop new business opportunities with present and new customers in dedicated region and create new opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of market potential, specific customer requirements and company capabilities, · Generate sales revenue with existing customers in line with the organization objectives and goals, · Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, · Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and partners, · Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, · Present the business case for pursuing specific opportunities including profit potential, strategic advantage, competitive analysis and win probability, · Meet commitments within cost, schedule and performance parameters, · Adapt to changing business environment and priorities by complex problem solving and conflict resolution, · Undertake other duties/projects assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience · Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years either in Technical or Account/Sales related position where constant communication with external customers has been required · Business Understanding: Knowledge of the Airport/Ground Handler/Airline Industry · Ability to grasp the technology and product concepts to refer their value to customers · Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
