As an Ethics & Compliance Customer Service Manager - US Client, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients adhere to our firm's code of conduct and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address any compliance issues, and develop processes to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to inform your risk management decisions.
