This position is currently remote; however, you will be working directly with our Miami office headquarters.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent working experience with social media management, digital campaigns, and Search Engine Optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms as well as other social media platforms.
- Experience with turning data into actionable insights.
- Stellar communication and written skills in English.
- Must have design skills that can adapt to a variety of channels.
- Strong understanding of how social media platforms work and a love for internet culture.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is a bonus!
- Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Various social platform management and optimizations - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter
- Create ads from start to finish, analyzing data to inform decisions on improvements.
- Making ongoing optimizations to budgets, bids, audiences, etc.
- Assisting with reporting and marketing strategy as needed.
- Assess market research, categories, trends and competitive analyses to identify consumer needs and insights that pinpoint compelling new opportunities and that refine digital positioning and development.
- Managing campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ad copy and messaging.
- Create targeted, unique marketing campaigns.
- Budget tracking and reporting.
- Staying on top of emerging options and tactics.
- Assisting digital tasks as needed.
- Launching, analyzing, and optimizing display and video platforms.
- Defining audience targeting strategies, testing, and learning to make continual improvements to performance and outcomes.
- Assisting, when needed, on other advertising channels.
