**Summary**
The primary focus of this role is to support the Associate Commercial Director in driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies for both new and existing clients. By fostering trusted, strategic partnerships, this position involves understanding client needs, shaping tailored solutions, and addressing critical business challenges with resourcefulness and innovation. We seek a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. This highly cross-functional role collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Support teams to ensure client priorities remain central to our efforts.
**How you will make an impact**
- Analyze e-commerce revenue, client behavior, and product performance to identify growth opportunities within society career centers.
- Review career center sites, product details, checkout processes, and other relevant site information to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Build a strong working relationship with the Partner Success Team to align business strategies and effectively promote career centers.
- Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support) to develop strategies that attract new clients, drive revenue growth, and enhance the visibility of society career centers.
- Partner with teams to amplify employer branding and job postings within society career centers.
- Deliver customized employer reports using Madgex's Insights Reporting tool, ensuring clients understand their return on investment (ROI).
**Who we are looking for**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree required.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, including analyzing and optimizing performance.
**Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics**:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to thoroughly understand Wiley's operations, revenue/cost structures, and market conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic and analytical approach.
**Technical and Business Competencies**:
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data management platforms.
- Preferred experience with SQL, SAP, job boards, and recruitment advertising tools.
**Self-Management Competencies**:
- Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments independently with mínimal supervision.
**Management and Leadership Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across departments.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
**Language Requirements**:
Fluency in English is required.
