HR Analyst (exclusive for people with disabilities / Exclusiva para pessoas com deficiência)
EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Analyst (exclusively available for individuals with disabilities) to join our Gávea and Barra campus team (Schoolwide).
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst - preferred if in an international context; fluent English; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Organize events such as celebrations, recognitions or acknowledgements, from planning to full implementation in accordance with guidelines and policies defined by the School;
* Interact with the school’s different stakeholders, seeking to align the best suppliers, deliveries and marketing strategies for each action;
* Generate and apply surveys to identify personnel development and training needs;
* Organize the performance and development cycle for staff employees and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aware of what is needed from them;
* Analyze training purchase requests based on School policies and guidelines, as well as budget availability;
* Create, promote and participate in actions aimed at integration between teams;
* Develop and apply assessment instruments for the company’s selection and personnel development processes organization.
