How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Support the Business area to lead and track month the OE projects supplying to increase the output according business strategy. Track the idea program in a Cluster level monthly, supporting the areas to achieve the targets and reinforce the culture Responsible for harmonizing the culture attitude of SE employee, including training and workshop to reinforce the operational excellence in all levels of cluster. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of operational professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Support each location to increase the flexibility of production, increase the throughput, and lower lead times. Provide coach program such us: 5S, VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC and Lean methodology. Conduct thorough maturity assessments of factory operations to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement and implement standard processes. Chip in to the cluster, and local business strategy and translate it into operational excellence strategies. Measures and reports on key performance indicators (leading and lagging) at site and cluster level; Responsible for develops and implements effective corrective action plans with functional managers to address any areas of concern. Regional and cluster focal point for digitalization topics and best practice share between SE cluster level. Monthly follow up and action plan definition for loading results in a cluster level. Leading digitalization projects and initiatives topics inside of Jundiai site. Facilitate training sessions for employees and provide support to ensure a smooth transition & minimal operational disruption. What you Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 10 years leadership experience at a regional and global level, in a complex, rapidly changing environment. Strong experience in manufacturing, particularly in Continuous Improvement and process improvement. Experience in Lean methodology, with relevant experience in managing and implementing change in large, decentralized, international organizations. Ability to in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies like: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Gemba, 5 Why’s, 5S’s, PDCA, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and line management skills Fluent in writing and speaking English.
