You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ad performance and ensure cost-efficient scaling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, execute, and manage high-performance digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and implement data-driven improvements.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to optimize performance.
Manage and allocate ad budgets strategically to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or paid media.
Strong skills in audience segmentation, campaign scaling, and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
Proven ability to improve conversion rates and maximize advertising efficiency.
