Project Manager, Gender-Responsive Governance: Women's Leadership and Participation
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our initiatives promoting women's leadership and participation in governance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with experience in gender-responsive programming.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing project strategies and work plans;
* Coordinating with stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and community leaders;
* Maintaining effective relationships with project partners and beneficiaries;
* Managing project resources, including budgets and personnel;
* Ensuring compliance with UNDP policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
* A master's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, international development, or public administration;
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the context of gender-responsive governance;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
