We are seeking a proactive and talented FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team. This position will focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, allowing us to take data-driven decisions that ensure the continued success of our exciting events and operations. You will play a key role in providing strategic insights and financial leadership across our global operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance in a creative, exhilarating and rapidly evolving entertainment environment.
This role is based in Buenos Aires and will report to the CFO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
2. Conduct Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) analysis to identify variances, provide insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
3. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership, offering meaningful insights on profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
4. Design and deliver compelling finance presentations and decks for senior leadership, investors, and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial data and strategic insights.
5. Generate critical insights from data analysis, with recommendations on regional and global strategies that can be implemented to drive efficiency across the organization.
6. Assist with global, regional, and individual target setting for the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. +3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related finance role, preferably in PE or VC backed companies. Experience in investment banking is a nice to have.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
3. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
4. Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP and planning systems (experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite is a plus).
5. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
