Do you strive to bring out the best in yourself?Partnership: Are you looking for a position where you can be accessible and authentic with all our partners?Perspective: Are you willing to find new paths, technologies, and promising solutions for the future of ANDRITZ?Versatility: Are you willing to face new challenges and handle them flexibly and creatively?If so, this is your opportunity!As an Engineer of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:Prospecting potential clients by identifying and qualifying opportunities to be worked on in the area of automation systems and industrial process control;Visiting clients throughout Brazil, with travel availability;Making presentations to clients;Developing technical and commercial proposals, creating standards, and organizing repositories;Connecting regions and product groups;Studying processes and needs of clients by presenting technical solutions;Preparing cost calculation spreadsheets, validating values and resources with the operations team;Completing and approving validation spreadsheets for clients, opportunities, proposals, and contracts as required by quality assurance procedures;Following up from the proposal delivery to the contract signing, maintaining communication with clients and involved areas;Managing and administering opportunities and interactions in CRM;Reviewing and approving contract drafts with the legal department.We are looking for candidates with the following competencies:Knowledge of automation systems, control, and industrial processes in the segments in which ANDRITZ operates;Experience in preparing technical/commercial proposals;Ability to write and prepare presentations that create a positive impact on clients;Business development, sales, and negotiation skills;Advanced English – mandatory;Advanced Spanish – desirable;CRM experience.We expect you to have the following education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Automation, or similar);MBA or Master's in Engineering/Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
