US-based law firm seeks an entry-level Data and Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves a mix of IT support, data analysis, help desk assistance, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing technical support, analyzing data for business insights, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support tools.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in IT and data analysis fields.
Basic SQL knowledge or experience with CRM systems.Responsibilities (not limited to):IT Support & Help Desk
Provide technical assistance to employees and clients (hardware, software, network issues).
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain software and systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
Assist with basic cybersecurity measures and data protection best practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and reports.
Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.
Monitor system performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support data entry and database maintenance.
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage and update documentation, including IT manuals, troubleshooting guides, and policies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and tech-related initiatives.
