As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing website traffic and improving lead and purchase conversion rates.
You will play a key role in accelerating our growth by developing, implementing and monitoring strategic SEO, SEA, and PPC campaigns, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
While digital marketing will be your primary focus, you will also oversee our smaller offline marketing efforts.
You will manage an existing team of two people: one dedicated to general marketing and social media, and one marketing assistant, as well as several external partners.
You will work closely with the WSG Leadership Team to align marketing strategies with company goals.
While this is a fully-remote position, team members located in Paris and Dijon have the opportunity to collaborate in person several days per week at our co-working space.
Key Responsibilities Digital and Marketing Strategy Define the digital and marketing strategic vision in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Develop integrated marketing plans (online/offline) to increase awareness, generate qualified leads and retain customers.
Lead digital advertising campaigns (SEA, paid social, display) and optimize ROI.
Oversee content strategy (SEO, social media, blog, newsletters) to strengthen our online presence.
Digital Channel Management Optimize the performance of digital platforms (website, e-commerce, CRM).
Identify and integrate innovative technological tools to improve customer experience.
Analyze customer data to personalize user journeys and maximize conversions.
Editorial Strategy Craft compelling and consistent messaging across website, all marketing materials and channels.
Collaborate with content creators and external stakeholders for the WSG blog and social media channels.
Leadership & Management Guide and support the Marketing Team in their skill development.
Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Education, Technology) to ensure overall coherence.
Manage the marketing/digital budget while prioritizing high-value initiatives.
Manage relationships with external graphic designers, PR/comms consultant and other freelance consultants, when necessary.
Analysis & Reporting Monitor key KPIs related to marketing performance (traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention).
Produce regular reports to measure the impact of actions taken and propose areas for improvement.
Strategic Partnerships Identify, establish and maintain partnerships that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Your Profile Native English Speaker, or fully bilingual, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proven expertise in digital strategy (SEO/SEA, social media, CRM) and omnichannel marketing.
Strong knowledge of data analytics (Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools).
Ability to manage complex projects with limited resources.
Natural leadership with the ability to unite a team around common goals.
Openness to emerging digital trends (generative AI, advanced personalization).
Your Education & Experience Master's degree in digital marketing, business or equivalent.
Significant experience (4 to 6 years minimum) in a similar position or as a digital/marketing manager in an SME/startup.
Experience in an entrepreneurial or e-commerce environment.
