If you thrive on solving complex challenges and driving transformative change, this is the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.Project Leadership & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.Cross-functional leadership: Lead cross-functional IT teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution of project goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT and business leadership to prioritize initiatives, define requirements, communicate project status updates, and ensure accurate project reporting.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Technical Oversight: Leverage infrastructure expertise to contribute to solution design, validation, and implementation while ensuring adherence to quality standards.Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance to peer project managers in the Infrastructure team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing while reinforcing project management processes and standards.Desired Competencies Strategic Project Management: You have a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic objectives.Proactive Problem Solving: You anticipate challenges before they arise, take initiative in finding solutions, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.Strong Communication & Collaboration: You can translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.7+ years of experience in IT or technical infrastructure.5+ years of experience in program and/or project management, preferably within IT infrastructure.Expertise using project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, SDLC, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, and MS Project.Understanding of infrastructure concepts, such as virtualization, high availability (HA), disaster recovery, and change management.Proven ability to manage projects across multiple global teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making related to project metrics, financials, and performance indicators.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience managing acquisition integration projects and working in ITIL environments is a plus.Work Environment Hybrid working model (3 days in office/2 days WFH).
Onsite days determined by management and may vary based on business need.Compensation The pay range for Minnesota is $109,000 to $130,000 per year.
