**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Considering our fast pace of growth, we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and passionate Sales Executive to expand our Enterprise sales department.
You will play a key role in growing the company presence in North America and have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company.
You will sell custom software development and remote (South America) IT Staff Augmentation services to corporate accounts in North America.
Most work will be executed in South America with U.S. local management and support thereby reducing costs for U.S. customers.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of successful experience selling software development services and IT staff augmentation to strategic enterprise accounts with experience selling and/or competing against "offshore" IT staff augmentation
- Ability to sell to C-Level executives and other key stake-holders
- Strong understanding of nearshoring, staff augmentation, software projects and the related competitive landscape
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on occasion
**SKILLS DESIRABLE**
- MBA (track record of sales success may substitute for advanced degree).
**MAIN REPONSABILITIES**
- Research and prospect into new accounts, driving lead acquisition and qualification
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and calls
- Set up meetings with potential clients and identify their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations
- Build and nurture new customer relationships from prospecting through closure and successful delivery
- Deliver web-based and in-person sales presentations
- Participate in joint marketing activities
