Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present monthly financial reports that drive strategic decision-making.
* Compile and analyze the Monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP).
* Conduct strategic analysis, such as balance sheet reviews and customer profitability analysis.
* Collaborate with management in budget preparation, including crafting assumptions and building templates.
* Oversee year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide insights through monthly cost analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget).
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills preferred).
* Experience with Oracle systems or similar ERP platforms.
