Job Title: Affiliate Manager

About the Role:
Our client, a new iGaming operator focused on the Brazilian market, is seeking a Sr. Affiliate Manager to build and manage their affiliate program from the ground up.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including acquisition, retention, and optimization. You will create affiliate deals, negotiate terms, track performance, and ensure the program aligns with business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and launch the affiliate program from scratch, including setting up the platform and structures.
* Develop and manage the affiliate strategy for the Brazilian market.
* Recruit and onboard new affiliates and optimize existing partnerships.
* Structure affiliate deals (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) and negotiate terms with affiliates.
* Develop strategies to retain affiliates, optimize performance, and improve marketing efforts.
* Monitor affiliate performance and create detailed reports to support data-driven decisions to maximize revenue.
* Maintain strong relationships with affiliates to support their growth and success.
Required Skillset:
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the industry.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the affiliate program development and execution.
* Strong experience in acquisition, retention, and optimization within affiliate programs.
* Experience in creating affiliate deals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance.
