Job Overview: We are a US-based law firm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project and Quality Analyst to join our team.
This is a mid-tier, remote position as a third-party contractor.

Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across departments (administrative, legal, and marketing).
Assist with various tasks within the Administrative Department, including HR, procurement, IT support & helpdesk, and front desk duties.
Support and participate in project management initiatives.
Contribute to quality management and continuous improvement efforts (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
Create and present reports to guide decision-making.
Engage with leads and clients, offering translation and interpreting services as needed.
Provide front desk assistance when required.
Mandatory Qualifications: Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer (Engenheiro de Produção) Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, teamwork-oriented mindset with empathy.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Requirements: Reliable home office setup, including appropriate hardware, software, and high-speed internet.
Licensed Microsoft Office software and up-to-date antivirus protection.
