**Job Role Summary**:
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Gather business requirements for incidents, enhancement requests, and projects
- Prepare detailed design specifications for program, report, or interface development
- Coordinate IT implementation activities
- Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users
- Use standard SAP tools to troubleshoot/debug and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with the business users and other IT Support Teams
- Make configuration and variant changes as needed
- Support improvement activities / implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
- Provide technical leadership & consulting for complex incidents and enhancements
- Maintain up-to-date competency in SAP TSW and interfaces
- Implement and support RPAs and web based interfaces to SAP
- Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and track work
**Expected Level of Proficiency**:

Primary skill set:_**:
- Intermediate or expert level experience with SAP TSW module, or expert level experience with SAP SD Module in Oil/Gas industry
- Intermediate or expert level experience with business processes in relate to rail transportation or pipeline transportation
- Good understanding of ABAP programming language; able to write design document and debug system issues
- Knowledge and hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze/debug issues, and support complex processes

Nice to have skillsets:_**:
- Good understanding of business processes in relate to transportation and logistics via marine, rail, pipeline
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD, MM module
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks (i.e.
Scrum and KANBAN)
- Experience with SAP PI, Webmethods or Mulesoft
Soft skillsets:
- Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
Working experience coordinating activities with other support teams or business clients.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP problem solving, support and technical skills.
