Job Purpose The IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing technical assistance and maintenance for computer and electronic equipment based in the UWL do Brasil office, as well as for the other offices in the group, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing IT-related issues. Detailed Job Description · Manage security access through software and cameras, performing registrations and monitoring abnormalities; · Maintain internal phone extensions as needed, tracking them in a spreadsheet and making changes as required; · Oversee automation systems (doors, lights, air conditioning), ensuring maintenance is performed by responsible suppliers; · Provide direct support to employees for technical issues with equipment and software, responding to Level I service tickets across the organization; · Install electronic and computer equipment as necessary according to manuals; · Manage the inventory of electronic equipment through a specific spreadsheet, monitoring deliveries, returns, and receipts; · Report technical problems outside their autonomy to the headquarters; · Configure software and install hardware on laptops, cell phones, iPads, and printers; · Contact suppliers related to equipment and automation as needed; · Budget new equipment; · Maintain the server and network in collaboration with the USA; · Create and maintain maintenance records for all office equipment; · Instruct users on the correct use of equipment; · Maintain security procedures and practices to protect company data from external intrusions and alterations; · Transport materials to and from external suppliers if necessary; · Develop and/or adapt access and security procedures following OEA and ISO9001 instructions; · Create IT procedures based on the policies of the headquarters; · Maintain daily contact with the US IT team; · Assist the headquarters IT team when necessary; · Conduct employee training on IT department-related policies and procedures.
