You will be at the intersection of developer experience, tooling, and engineering productivity, ensuring that VTEX remains at the forefront of software development in commerce.What You Will DoDefine and execute a long-term strategy for software development products, including front-end and back-end services.Partner with engineering and product leads to build roadmaps for a best-in-class software engineering toolkit to maximize developer productivity.Drive observability and tooling investments, including vendor management and selection.Balance short-term enhancements with long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with business and engineering needs.Make Build vs. Buy decisions to optimize VTEX’s developer experience and platform capabilities.Who You AreAt least 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.Experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager is a plus but not required.Passion for industry research and advocacy for technical best practices.Familiarity with GitHub or other modern CI/CD systems.Experience with monitoring platforms like CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, and New Relic, with the ability to analyze system data and logs.Excitement to test, build, and evangelize new software development technologies that enhance VTEX and its ecosystem.Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.About VTEXVTEX (NYSE: VTEX) is the composable and complete commerce platform that delivers more efficiency and less maintenance to organizations seeking to make smarter IT investments and modernize their tech stack.
