**Job Role Summary**:
Responsible for developing and maintaining metadata in Collibra (Enterprise Data Assets Mgmt.
tool).
Metadata includes business terms, data dictionaries, field definitions, business rules, and policies regarding the appropriate use of data.
Along with the Product Owner, System Architects and Business Data Architects, this position will recommend designs and configurations within Collibra that support the needs of the supported business lines in F&L, Chemicals and Procurement, and enable data driven decision making across the business lines worldwide.
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Participate in Metadata, F&L, company focused related meetings, projects, initiatives, activities and trainings
- Manage related use cases and share work progress based on Agile ceremonies to involved parties
- Management of structure and content within Collibra and DataDash
- Create/edit/remove Assets, Attributes, Relationships & Tags
- Manage the assignment of roles for SMEs and Stewards
- Participate in the workflows review, comments and accept/reject metadata
- Ensure overall business glossary terms and definitions remain up to date
- Work with Business Data Architect; CDO and Data Catalog to define data rules, add data rules to monitoring dashboard, provide support of the monitoring tool, and steward progress
- Position as a single point of contact between the Business and Data Catalog to monitor data quality
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business and technical processes
- Ensure that x-functional, x-business requirements and change impacts are considered

Knowledge Management, Communications, and Networks:_**:
- Assist Product Owner with prioritization to support ongoing base business work and projects, and retain Enterprise Metadata Management Tools expertise
- Act as single point of contact, as needed, between Business and Data Catalog to resolve low, medium and high technical issues and impact incidents
- Facilitate ad-hoc training to delivery team members and business users where required
- Communicate progress on data governance initiatives; processes metrics; feedback and best practices
Controls:
- Understand and comply with all EM company policies
- Practice and promote safety, controls integrity, customer care, efficiency and continuous process improvement

- Global scope covering all regions and business lines under F&L, Downstream
- Contribute with the definition of global standards and policies for Downstream and Enterprise
- Transactional data quality, including required changes to booking practices
