Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman
Pay: $30 - $40+ per hour, depending on experience
Location: East Stroudsburg, PA

Winsome Assets LLC, operating as Pocono Exteriors, is looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to take charge of high-end residential outdoor construction projects. In this role, you'll lead a crew, manage workflows, problem-solve on-site, and ensure that each project meets our high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a crew to complete residential outdoor living projects on time and to specification.
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain organized, efficient job sites.
* Read and interpret designs to plan workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
* Oversee the flow of labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
* Identify potential issues early and implement solutions on-site.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Ensure all work is performed safely and according to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a commercial foreman, superintendent, or have held a proven project leadership role within the construction industry.
* Broad knowledge of best practices in construction, materials, and engineering principles.
* Ability to read blueprints, designs, and specifications.
* Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and workflows.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job conditions.
* A winning personality-someone who can take charge, earn respect, and maintain great relationships.
* Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
* PA HIC License preferred.
